Privacy

• Nothing by default. No cookies and no accounts.
• If you press "Add to watchlist" on a port, chokepoint or lane page, the places you choose are saved in your browser's local storage under the name wfm-watchlist so the watchlist page can show them. That list stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• No analytics are loaded in this build.
• No advertising is loaded in this build.

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and block abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type under its own privacy policy. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

Site search runs in your browser against index files published with the site. What you type is not sent to us or to a third party, and we do not log searches.

A watchlist you build without an email address never leaves your browser. The watchlist and compare pages fetch public data files from this site and nothing about you is sent with those requests.

Where the site shows an email sign-up form, subscribing sends your email address, your choice of what to receive and, if you ask for it, your watchlist to a small sign-up service run for this site on Cloudflare. It stores those, the time you signed up and confirmed, and a private token used only for your confirmation and unsubscribe links. We then email you a confirmation link and nothing is sent until you confirm. Editions are sent from our own server through Resend, an email delivery provider that receives your address to deliver the message. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we do not email you again.

If the sign-up form is not shown on a page, email sign-up is not switched on for this build and nothing is collected.

If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and to track any correction you report.
